Called the dump issue (nick name) by collectors over the years due to its smaller size and thicker flan. The over all size of these farthings is 15mm which is the same size as a modern one penny.
These coin coins are exceedingly popular with collectors and sell for quite a lot of money. This farthing grades good fine.
