WILLIAM IV 1837 Halfpenny standard issue with small 7 in date

Halfpennies by now were all about the same in weight, and with the introduction of the Soho coinage all but wiped out copper counterfeit in the British isle`s.

There does seem to be an issue with the sevens on this coinage as they seem to vary considerately, more research needs to be done.

My hands are full with other coin dilemmas though i`d be more than happy for some one else to look into William IV copper.

Halfpenny grades good extremely fine with an attractive tan tone and whats probably going to be listed in future reference books as a farthing seven or at least a small seven, that’s of course they stop copying each other.
